Running virtalbox on xubuntu 22.04. Running home assistant inside VB and it should be very lightly loaded. It crashed after running fine for 6 or 8 weeks. Not sure if VB or home assistant crashed. Other stuff on the box was running ok. I just rebooted so things are back running but want to avoid future problems.
Virtual box reports 92% CPU usage (of the assigned cores) Not sure this is the cause of the crash but seems like it might be so need to look into how to reduce this. Memory and storage used and available look reasonable. How to reduce this? Other things I should look at?
System is Ubuntu 22.04.2
Memory is 8 GB
Virtual box 6.1 with 4 GB memory
