Screen flickers from time to time

Hi!

I am using Ubuntu 22.04 LTS as a host and Windows 10 Home 64-bit as a guest and virtualbox 7.0.14 r161095 (Qt5.15.3).

From time to time, the screen flickers on the guest. Why?
Sometimes the screen flickers from the start of virtual machine and sometimes the screen flickers from time to time when the virtual machine has been running for a while (a couple of hours).
