xubuntu takiing a really long time to Start

I have been using virtual box with xubuntu for about six months and it has been working great. Recently it has been taking a really long time to start it says something about an incompatable graphics card on one of the screens when it boots up but I have not changed any of the hardware on my computer and never got this error message before. I am pretty sure it started running slower after a windows update. I have attached a copy of my log below.

I also get a message on one of the start screen about it running on an unsupported hyervisor the screen is not displayed long so it is hard to read the whole error message.
