Artifacts in Ubuntu 22.04 guest on Kubuntu 22.04 host, Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti

I get a lot of artifacts in my guest Ubuntu 22.04, it's impossible to use it.
Any ideas why?

IMG tags don't work for offsite images.

There have been some recent changes in Linux video that have been causing trouble in Virtualbox. The devs are chasing it now. You may have to go back to the older kernels etc you were using before to get good Virtualbox again until the trouble can be found and fixed.

Same issue and 100% reproducible as reported here: Heavy screen flickering VirtualBox 6.1.50 / 7.0.14 Ubuntu guest kernels 6.4 / 6.5. See also the hint how to temporary downgrade the kernel until VirtualBox releases a fix.
