windows 7 freezing and usb problem

hello

I started using Windows 7 64 as a guest in a Windows 11 host ,after starting the windows 7 every thing fine and usb work ,few minutes later or less then 1 hour at most,the windows 7 guest freezing for few secounds and then it back again but in this time the usb got problem ,the device show in the windows 7 guest but i cant read or write any thing ,it's just like keep freezing ,until i detach and reattach the usb storage devise from windows 7 guest,i notice this happend to match when i remove the optical drive i'm not sure this cause this problem because it happening without this some times,this problem does not exist in win 10 guest ,i'm really want to use windows 7 not 10 as guest..any ideas

Some proper capitalization and punctuation can make text easier to read, please.

Please start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.

Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show in Explorer/Finder/File Manager. In the "Logs" subfolder, zip the VM's "vbox.log", and post the zip file, using the forum's Attachments tab. (Configure your host OS to show all extensions so you can find the "vbox.log", not "vbox.log.1", etc.)
