Unsupported int 16h function 03

[Breakout]

Hi....I have Virtualbox ver 7.0.12 running on a WIN11 i7, and am trying to build a vm from a tibx.
I have created a blank VM and am trying to boot this into a Snap Deploy 6 Standalone iso to then allow me to restore the tibx into the vm. I have done this before with snap deploy 5 and WIN10.

When I start the vm it runs the iso GUI that allows me to select the standalone iso . It then changes to a snap deploy display and goes blank.
If I look at the log file (attached), it shows this

I have seen other threads that suggest changing VRAM to 64 and enabling I/O APIC and ensuring that VT-x is active in the BIOS.....all of these are correct....

ran it again and also got this error - 2nd log file

found another thread that suggested
changing this key from 1 to 0.

this also had no effect 3rd log file

any ideas anyone?
