failed adding user 'vboxadd', data deleted

Hello
1. My host OS is Windows 10 Enterprise
2. VirtualBox Graphical User Interface Version 7.0.8 r156879 (Qt5.15.2) Copyright © 2023 Oracle and/or its affiliates
3. Under virtual box ubuntu 22.04 is installed

What happened:
After "apt get upgrade" Ubuntu hangs at boot up. I have initial image and I can reproduce issue. The result the same. After "apt get upgrade" Ubuntu hangs at boot up.
I googled and investigated the similar issues including VirtualBox forum. But didn't find solution for my case.

I investigated logs at image start. And see that after Ubuntu upgrade was downgraded version of vboxguest. (See attached files too)
Was before upgrade:
00:00:17.405143 VMMDev: Guest Additions information report: Version 7.0.8 r156879 '7.0.8'
and after upgrade:
00:00:12.871963 VMMDev: Guest Additions information report: Version 6.0.0 r127566 '6.0.0'
This looks strange.

Can you advise something
