Trying to copy plain text from Notepad++ from Host(Windows 10) to Guest(Ubuntu 22.04.3)
- Guest Additions is enabled
- Shared clipboard is loaded
00:00:04.829053 Shared Clipboard: Service loaded
00:00:04.829104 Shared Clipboard: Mode: Bidirectional
00:00:04.829176 Shared Clipboard: Service running in normal mode
But there is no indication what so ever in the log file(VBox.log) showing a clipboard event is tried when I perform a CTRL-V from the host machine. What am I missing?

Re: CTRL-V and CTRL-C not working
The log shows that Guest Additions actually are not fully installed, yet.
Guest Additions have prerequisites in Linux, same as Virtualbox on the host, see https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch04. ... ions-linux and https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch02. ... nux-prereq
Also, watch the terminal installation report when running the GAs installer. Error messages will show if the install ran into a problem.
