Blackscreen in Windows 2003 SP2 x64 / Windows Vista SP2 x64 guest

Host: VirtualBox version 7.0.12, Windows 11 23H2
How to reproduce bug:
1.1 Install Windows 2003 SP2 x64 in VirtualBox.
1.2 Install VirtualBox Guest Additions in VirtualBox.
1.3 After reboot it will blackscreen.
2.1 Install Windows Vista SP2 x64 in VirtualBox.
2.2 Install VirtualBox Guest Additions in VirtualBox.
2.3 After reboot it will blackscreen.
Solution is press F8, select "Low-resolution video mode" or "VGA mode", then uninstall VirtualBox Guest Additions.

7.0.12's Guest Additions have some bugs. Please try 7.0 test build Guest Additions, or don't use Guest Additions for now and wait for 7.0.14 probably later this month.

I tried Guest Additions 7.0.13 on 2003 x64 Guest is still not works.
And, on Win7 x64 Guest, after install Guest Additions 7.0.13, the video card in Device Manager is still Standard VGA Graphics Adapter.
