MS Windows 10 or Windows 11

questions:
1/ please advise which VM host will be faster, Microsoft Windows 10 or 11?

2/ can we download a pre-built VM loaded with MS Windows 10 or 11?
if yes, URL please
or do we need to buy and pay monies to MS to use Windows on a host VM and install manually?

1. Either will be fine, though 11 has more Hyper-V-enabled security stuff that will have to be disabled to get full Virtualbox speed.

2. Yes to the first part. You can web-search to find the URL. Once you find that URL you'll see the answer to the second part.
