Error when creating guests

Hello! I'm using V2.0.4 on Windows Vista. It installs without any errors but when I try to add a guest machine I get to the end of the wizard and get this error:
Callee RC: Unknown Status 0x800706BA (0x800706BA)

I've tried reinstalling without success. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Looking thought the FAQ I couldn't find anything that matched my particular error or any suggested solution that helped. The DCOM Server Process Launcher is running and the program was installed with UAC disabled. It doesn't seem to be any sort of permission problem in any of the temporary directories.
