Hello
Virtual Box version 7 on wards - they are extremely slow.
I have reverted back to version 6 now but some of the latest linux iso are not loading in version 6.
Please Help.

Virtualbox 7 did change some things, and the Windows host OS changes a lot, too.
If you have the green turtle
in your VM's Status Bar, then the host Windows Hyper-V is enabled. Hyper-V makes Virtualbox slower. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active)
