Linux Mint freezes after using virtual box

I am running Linux Mint 21.2. My computer freezes after using VB. It's usually when I am watching a YT video. The sound on the video starts stuttering, and then my system locks up. I have to power down the computer and reboot after that event.

Please make sure you do not bridge the VMs network adapter to the wireless/wifi interface.

This can happen.
