Ok, that leaves two possibilities: Either the bugfix (Changeset 102630) hasn't been backported to 7.0.13 yet, or you're experiencing a different issue.
Please try if providing the HPET (High Precision Event Timer) to the VM serves as a workaround (e.g. VBoxManage modifyvm "VM name" --hpet on).

Tried the hpet workaround but didn't work.
Maybe we need to wait bugfix (Changeset 102630) integration...
