Android 9 in Windows 10

Hi,
After installing Android I run into few problems:
1. How to close (remove) app from the screen?
2. Some applications like Globe Suite (Wi-Fi controls my electric devices), Smart Life, Tether, Tuya Smart or Wyze (outdoor camera)
does not run. after importing them from Google cloud storage.
I uninstalled them, downloaded again from Play Store and installed them again but they refuse to start, just a logo appears and app shuts down.
I wonder if there is something in Settings to correct that?
