Add shared folder - delay

Whenever I want to add a shared folder, the folder browsing dialog always points to "\WINDOWS\system32\" so it takes a long time before I can select my desired folder to share.

This could be avoided by selecting by default some other folder:
a) the root of the drive
b) the last used folder for selecting a share
