When getting into Windows guest, which key combination is to access the recovery mode?

Question on how to use Windows are better asked in a Microsoft forum. The fact that the Windows OS is running in a Virtualbox VM is not relevant to how to use Windows. The same situation could arise if Windows is running on a Dell or HP or homebuilt PC.
However, if Windows 8 or later does not boot correctly three times, then Windows automatically goes to Recovery Mode. If you can boot Windows properly, there is an app or setting in Windows where you can set to reboot into Recovery Mode next reboot. I don't remember what the app or setting is, though. A web-search will show you what that app or setting is.
For Windows 7 and earlier, repeatedly tapping the F8 key boots Windows into Safe Mode.

Sorry to that it is a rush when starting up Windows 2019 VM and I cannot press any key combination to get into the Safe mode.
