I have just installed Application development on OCI and Power BI. Now I am experiencing a lot of troubles, my Windows 10 is getting crash again and again, is there any solution to it.
Any solution highly appreciated.

Please provide a VM log file. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
