VMware to Xbox convert will not boot

I created an Win10 OVF file in VMware Fusion imported into VirtualBox and get 'no bootable medium found'
I have tried changing controller - using every option. Still no medium found.
I can boot off a Windows install cd and see the files on the hard drive.
If I run Windows repair I get message that cannot be repaired

If the VMware VM was using EFI, enable EFI in the Virtualbox VM, too: System settings, Motherboard tab.
