Possibly. It definitely does not work now with tiny RAM.

There may be other things that get in the way of using Aero later, but getting enough RAM to try it is important.

You really should have explained this in the first post.

7.0.8 Guest Additions may have problems. Either try 7.0.6's Guest Additions https://download.virtualbox.org/virtual ... _7.0.6.iso
or the 7.0 test builds or development snapshots Guest additions.
