Problem after instalation macOS Ventura / Virtual box Version 6.1.40 r154048 (Qt5.6.3)

Hi,

I have the same problem, I obtain a kernel panic into Guest MacOX Ventura after upgrading.
I tried to change VirtualBox version to 7.0.8, but I have the same issue.
