Installing Windows iso onto a Mac M1, windows not installing

Hello! I'm a complete noob when it comes to this stuff and relying heavily on the 20 different youtube and reddit tabs I have open to navigate this... but basically:
I need to use Articulate Storyline 360, it only runs on windows. I'm using a Macbook Pro with M1 chip. I've installed the "Developer preview for macOS / Arm64 (M1/M2) hosts" option. And I've downloaded the windows insider preview iso "Windows 11 Client Insider Preview - Build 25393 English"

I've followed tutorials on setting it all up and yet, when I normal start, it flickers a bit, then sits on a black screen with the blue windows logo. after several minutes, vm crashes and creates a log. i think maybe I'm downloading the wrong iso but there's so many options I really have no idea.

Can anyone tell me what is happening or what I'm doing wrong?

Windows later than XP won't run on M1 Virtualbox. Please see M1/M2 Mac 7.0 Beta Status.
