Kennt jemand die Systemvoraussetzungen, dass Windows 10 oder 11 als Gast flüssig laufen?
Als Host habe ich Windows 11. Wenn ich als Gast Windows 7 laufen lasse läuft das System auch flüssig un der Lüfter vom Notebook ist auch aus.
Lasse ich als Gast aber Windows 10 oder Windows 11 laufen, dann läuft auch der Lüfter vom Notebook ständig. Nach ca. 10 Minuten friert der Bildschirm dann ein und ich kann nur noch die Maschine ausschalten.
Eigentlich habe ich ein relativ neues Notebook.

Reichen die Systemvoraussetzungen nicht, dass Windows 10 oder 11 im Gast laufen können? Was sollte man dann mindestens haben?

It's quite likely not the strength of the host. That PC should be quite adequate for one 10 or 11 VM at a time. Another 8GB RAM and you could probably run two or three such VMs simultaneously.
I assume that you're running Virtualbox 7.0, which is still in bug hunt phase. The developers are still working on it.
Please upgrade to the latest 7.0 Virtualbox, Extension Pack if used, and Guest Additions.
If this does not get a stable VM, try switching the 3D acceleration setting (off > on or on > off). If that stabilizes the VM, please note that this happened. (Note that with 3D enabled, 10 or 11 in a VM requires its Transparency Effects to be turned off.)
Please create a ticket in the Bugtracker with the problem description, the manufacturer and model of the host PC's graphics card, the graphics driver version (on the host OS), and a (zipped) VBox.log file.
Then you could downgrade Virtualbox, Extension Pack and Guest Additions to 6.1.something, or at least the Guest Additions. 3D acceleration won't be possible if you only downgrade the GAs. For full 3D acceleration using the old stable code, downgrade all three. Note that 11 requires the "incompatible-hardware hacks" to run in 6.1.
