Virtual Disk Space
Does anyone know what the recommended fixed size image would be for a citrix server?

How long is a piece of string? Minimal installation or with apps?
Honestly, do the sizing as per the Citrix docs and the answer will be the same. Since the VBox VM only supports one core, I assume that you want this for testing and not production.

Use dynamic VDI to do the initial install and oversize it by a factor of two or three. You can always use the sDelete and compact tricks discussed in my tutorial All about VDIs if you need to reclaim space. Once you've got a better sizing data you can always use of the partition copy utilities to resize your VDI optimally.
