virtualbox error on macOSVentura 13.3.1

Hello,

I start the virtualBox with ubuntu iso and I get the following error :
a critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine virtual box.

I've attached the logs to this thread for someone to read and point out the mistake I'm doing.

You have an unsupported processor (M1/M2). You can't install any modern OS in VirtualBox on that.
