I've been using VirtualBox for a while and I think its really cool. I'm running Windows XP Pro SP3 as the host machine with 1.25GB of RAM. I set up a virtual machine with 64MB of RAM, 8MB of Video RAM and a 6GB hard drive. I installed Windows 2000 Pro SP4 to that Virtual Machine. When I install the guest addons in Windows 2000 and shutdown I get a blue screen that says:
*** STOP: 0X0000001E (0X80000003, 0XF8C71824, 0X00000000, 0XF8C76077)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

*** Address f8C71824 base at F8C70000, DateStamp 48ca631d - VBoxGuest.sy
*** Address f8C76077 base at F8C70000, DateStamp 48ca631d - VBoxGuest.sy

Beginning dump of physical memory

Since it seems to be guest addition related have you tried VirtualBox v2.0.4 (+ latest guest additions)?

Also - it's not clear: Can you still boot after that? Do the guestion additions work?

I installed the latest version. So I'll try again.
 Edit:
That seems to fix it.

Good to know, I had what sounds like exactly the same problem.
