You could poke through the logs to find that out. Or I am attaching my log scanner results from my and your posted logs, you can compare these, too.

FWIW, the both of you are using different disk controllers (IDE vs. SATA), different network adapters (PCnet vs. Intel PRO/1000) and different USB standards (USB 2.0 vs. USB 1.1).

Curiously, I let Virtualbox pick the 'hardware' on my VM, except maybe adding a processor. I wonder if there is a difference in template settings between 7.0.2 and .4, or if some manual manipulation away from the recipe was done?
