Hi,

I installed Virtualbox on my Vista as host and install a linux (CENTOS) as guest. I want my guest system can both access internet and also outsider can access the linux server too. When I install the network it seem all methods cannot access the net both in and out. Does anyone can give me a hints how to do that.

hi,

You need to use a hostinterface in the Network adapter configuration tab. Create it using the + icon in the lower half. after that you need to bridge the virtualbox adapter with your regular network adapter in the Vista system control center (Under Network connections select both adapters with ctrl-left mouse, rightclick and select something like add networkbridge)
