Rocky Linux 9 virtualbox - end kernel panic - not syncing

I'm trying to install rocky linux 9 in VirtualBox linux redhat 64 bit and this error is always showing. I've tried every possible solution that I see; Turn off Hyper V. i have no hyper V; increase Core, Ram, Graphic Ram; chipset to ICH9 and still showing me this error

On the contrary, Hyper-v is present and enabled.

You can't afford to give 8GB (50% of
total RAM) and 8 cores (100% of available cores) to a VM. I would reduce to 6GB and 2 cores.
