I have copied a VM image from my dead Windows 7 HP Z200 machine to a my newer Windows 10 machine.
When I try to start up my VM I get the following error:
(Sorry I am not allowed to post a You R Ls yet but it says "The instruction at 0x00007FF818AB9EF4 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be read."
Can somebody please help me boot up the VM image? I have attached my log.

What do you mean by a "VM image"? I hope you mean that you copied the entire VM folder per the instructions
here, and didn't just copy a bare VDI. Unfortunately, looking at how the files are named, the latter seems to be likely.
Also, this new PC can't afford 8GB RAM to dedicate to a VM. Reduce to 6GB. 4GB would be better still.
And the new Win10 PC already has Hyper-v installed and enabled. This usually causes problems IME.

The VirtualBox Extension Pack must be the same version as the VirtualBox application!

OK! We have success.
1) Changing RAM from 8Gb to 4Gb -> no difference
2) Disabling Hyper-V -> no difference
3) Downgrading extension pack 6.1.38 to match 6.1.34 -> SUCCESS !
Thanks so much guys!
