Trying to mount Parrot/kali

Trying to create a new box each time or even open an old box i get the same error over and over again....
It doesn't matter if I am loading from past machines that worked or if I am just trying to create a new box to do my work anyone who could shed some light on this would be greatly appreciated.
It is a Debian 64 boot. I could run another version of Linux but this is what I am used too.
I have also tried running Parrot and that doesn't work either so I am kinda at a loss of words as a pen-tester.
Thanks for your time.

A zipped VM log is more useful than pictures. But, things like this on a Linux host usually mean that (a) the host kernel has changed and you haven't updated VirtualBox (current release 6.1.36 is required for compatibility with kernels 5.18 and later). Another option is (b) that you have KVM running, which conflicts with VirtualBox. You can't have two users of VT-x/AMD-v running at the same time.

I suspect this is actually a Windows host, based on the C: drive in the log path and the title bars. Moving to Windows Hosts. (If I'm wrong it can be moved back.)

Felwyne, the host is the physical PC, and the guest is the VM. You have a Windows host and a Linux guest.

I believe that this Virtualbox installation is bad.

Uninstall Virtualbox and reboot.
Go to "C:\Windows\System32\drivers", look for any files called 'Vbox*.sys' (there could be up to 5) and delete them.
Reboot again.
If you have any 3rd-party security or anti-malware software, disable the living daylights out of it for a moment.
Reinstall Virtualbox using right-click-Run-As-Administrator.

I tried to remove the vboc drivers and it says it can't because something is running them though nothing is on related to them. I am also running the latest versions of all Linux boxes i made sure to go download the most up to date version but it won't even let me mount the disk let alone start the machine.

Check to see that no VMs are set to run automatically at host boot. Also check if any Virtualbox or 'vbox' processes are running in Task Manager. These files should be deletable if Virtualbox and AV aren't using them.
