Network connection doesn't reconnect after plug cable

Hi,
I'm using Windows 10 host with 2 NIC installed:
Intell (R) Ethernet Connection I219-V (Integrated on motherboard)
TP-Link Gigabit PCI Express Adapter (PCIe)
Each of one are connected to different networks using static IPs
My problem is that if Adapter 1 loses briefly connection, for example I disconnect the cable and reconnect it again, the Ethernet connection doesn't reconnect automatically. It is needed to shutdown the VM and restart it again with plugged cable.
In case of PCIe adapter automatic reconnection happens 1 or 2 time, but finally connection is lost, so shutdown VM is needed and restart with Ethernet cable plugged first.

I tried with disabling all Power Management in the device, in Host and Guest, and I did it too in the Bios of Host. There are lot of power management settings, so I hope do it correctly.
Could somebody help me?

Guest are running network services and each time that there is a short problem in any device, all MV are out of service and they must be restarted.

I installed Windows XP guest VM using VirtualBox 6.1, configured as:
Adapter 1:
Bridged adapter: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I219-V
Adapter type: Intel PRO/100 MT Desktop (82540EM)
Promiscuous mode: Allow all
Cable connected: Yes
Adapter 2:
Bridged adapter: TP-Link Gigabit PCI Express Adapter
Adapter type: Intel PRO/1000 T Server (82543GC)
Promiscuous mode: Allow all
Cable connected: Yes

Both Ethernet connections are configured under Windows XP with new IPs, each one in its own network.
So I can reach Host and Gest from both networks for maintenance.

As a start, we'll need some data:

* For each VM, right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show in Explorer. Copy the VM's .vbox file (not the .vbox-prev file) to the desktop (Configure your host OS to show all extensions if the folder that opens does not show a .vbox file). Zip all the .vbox files and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

When the network is working correctly, please provide the following:

* An ipconfig /all from host and both VMs. Please label which is which.

* Repeat the ipconfig /all for host and VMs when the physical network cable is unplugged then replugged and the VM has lost its network.

* After the VM has lot its network and fails to reconnect, shut down the VM using XP's Shut Down command button. After the VM window is closed, right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
