Newbie problems with VirualMachine on Windows 11

Hello together,
I want to run Virtual Machine on my Lenovo with Windows 11.
I want to run MacOS on the virtual machine so I can test my Flutter apps on it.
For this I have chosen High Sierra. But every time I want to start it I get the error message as shown in the screenshot.
Can anyone help me? Or does it still need the log file for this?
