Memory Reference error on boot

I get past entering my password for the disk encryption and then there's an error. My settings feel wack now from following any and every internet suggestion. Now I am bringing my logs here so that everyone can tell me I've done it all wrong, lol.

This was working fine but when restarting the machine it came up. Now, the machine wont boot.
Host: Win10pro 64bit 16gb ram
Guest:Win10pro 64bit 5423mb memory (reduced from 9xxx due to troubleshooting steps from another site) ; Version 6.1.36 r152435 (Qt5.6.2)

Using Guest Additions on guest.

Referenced memory error specifically said : 0x00007ffa66784cfb this was the location, and in the logs I found it at

edit** - In event viewer at the time of the issue : The driver detected an internal driver error on \Device\VBoxNetLwf.

Same issue as Issue connecting USB storage to Win10 guest.

As a workaround, try disconnecting any USB3 device before starting the VM, and re-adding them when the VM is running.

Alternatively, in the VM configuration, disable the USB filters for USB3 devices, start the VM, and capture the devices using the VM window's menu Devices > USB > ...

This issue should be fixed in the VirtualBox test builds 6.1.39r153816 and newer.
