I love it when downloaded programs include a manual, however i do wish there was a tab by the help tab that says "Read Manual" I feel that might help some people out. Personally i come from an area were games had 52 page manuals on how to play the game instead of 2 hour tutorials.

Did you do even one second of research before posting that comment? There is online help in the manager software - tucked away (unexpectedly it seems) in the "Help" menu. The first menu entry brings up the manual. The same help menu appears in every VM window. A PDF copy is in the VirtualBox program folder. And an html manual is available online too, on virtualbox.org.
You need to cut down on that gaming, it seems to be rotting your brain.
