no response after host wake from sleep

When my laptop wakes up from sleep, the virtual machine doesn't respond, and it takes several minutes before it can respond.
My laptop is elitebook 845, R7-6850HS, windows 11 home edition.
Do you need anything else? thank you for your reply.

Does this mean the VM eventually starts working again?
Please start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Get the VM logged into its desktop, then sleep the host. Wake up the host, then keep trying the VM until it starts responding again. Then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If the VM never starts responding again, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.
Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
