VBox Manager only starts as background process

Hello,
my VirtualBox used to work fine but now when I start VirtualBox.exe nothing shows up on my screen. When I take a look on the Task-Manager I see the VBox Global Interface, the VBox Interface and the VBox Manager tasks listed in my background processes. But VBox Manager is supposed to show up as a normal application and not in the background!
I've been trying to solve this for long now because I need a Linux-subsystem for my uni. I tried everything I could:
enabling/disabling Hyper-V, restarting my computer, updating Windows 10 and my graphics driver, disabling my antivirus, reinstall latest VBox and many other maybe irrelevant things. I even complete-reset my entire computer, deleting every file in every drive and reinstalling Windows 10 from the Cloud, thinking that maybe a virus or some little undectetable settings somewhere in my PC causes issues that won't let show up the VBox Manager window. Every time after reinstalling VBox (with admin rights) nothing works.
Is there a way to not let start the Manager GUI which I do but don't know? Or is there something fundamentally wrong with my computer? I even complete-reset it
I would be very thankful if someone helped me with that issue
