Got the same, I could not get V6.1.34 to work either.loaded the new extensions with the update.
Reverted back to V6.1.32 this works fine.

Uninstall Virtualbox and reboot.
Go to "C:\Windows\System32\drivers", look for any files called 'Vbox*.sys' (there could be up to 5) and delete them.
Reboot again.
If you have any 3rd-party security or anti-malware software, disable the living daylights out of it for a moment.
Reinstall Virtualbox using right-click-Run-As-Administrator.

AFAIU, you can only have the same issue if you installed VirtualBox 6.1.36 at some time. Otherwise, the serial numbers would be different in your case.

Background rationale:
To support legacy Windows versions, VirtualBox 6.1.36 uses a "new old" SHA-1 certificate with the serial number beginning with "51ca". The error message indicates that VBoxDrv.sys or VBoxSup.sys are from VirtualBox 6.1.34 or older.

I'll do a reinstall soon, but I'm currently very busy so I reinstalled the previous version which is ok: Version 6.1.36 r152435 (Qt5.6.2).
