Windows 10 is quite sluggish. Virtual Box

Post by Smoker20 »

I therefore generally use Ubuntu 21.10, but I also require Windows 10 for some specialised programmes that I require for my schooling. I've been using Windows on Oracle VM Virtualbox for a very long time, and Windows has always been fairly slow. But recently, things became worse. I'm not sure because I haven't used the virtual machine in a while, but it might have been since the Ubuntu update to version 21.10.

Is it possible to speed things up? There might be a more effective programme for this.

We need a VM log file. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
