I'm trying to install Windows 11 Pro 64 bit.

I keep getting this:

That's the EFI shell, which appears where the VM can't find a bootable OS. You can run the 'exit' command at the prompt, it will bring up a text menu which will allow the VM to boot from the CD-ROM. Windows CD's tend to have that 'Press any key to boot from CD' that you might have to tap, too.

But use only two processors. Also install the matching Extension Pack in Virtualbox and enable USB 3.

Unless you're running the 6.1.97 Virtualbox development snapshot test build, you'll need to also install Windows 11 with the web-searchable incompatible-PC registry tweaks.
