Virtualbox Guest addition setup on windows XP 32-bit hangs

Hey everyone whenever i use Virtualbox with windows xp 32-Bit it hangs at the ''installing Guest driver'' part (see screenshot below),You may need to scroll the image down a bit to see what im talking about.

Disconnect the network "cable" from the VM (Devices, Network, Connect Network Adapter unchecked) before starting the GAs install. That knocks loose whatever is stalling.

Do i reenable it after the GAS install?
