UPDATE!
Before seeing the above post, I had already started another GUI Clone of the original WIN7 VM, with the following settings...

Include Only NAT Network Adapter MAC addresses (The original VM has only 1 Adapter configured... Intel Pro/1000 MT Desktop (NAT))
Keep Disk Names
Keep Hardware UUIDs
Full Clone
Clone Everything

The Cloned VM popped right up in Vbox Manager's list of VMs... booted right up... with WIN7 activated!
Everything seems to be working as it should!
Thanks again mpack! I appreciate your help and patience with this Vbox beginner!

I'm glad you are up and running. And yes, when I said "at the same time" I meant (er...) at the same time. Obviously if they are not running then they are not on the network at the same time.
