Can you adjust the file size in Virtualbox 6.1?

My windows 11 vdi Virtual Size is 80 GB And the Actual Size is only 21.62 GB. With some past versions of Virtualbox I've increase the file size for some Linux distributions.

This is expected with a dynamic drive.
