Windows 10 Guest Slow on Startup / Fast on Restart

Hello, i have a problem with virtual machine (Windows Server 2016) it startup very slow. Upload the log file. I follow all rules but the problem is still active.

Either Hyper-V is active and is preventing VirtualBox from directly access VT-x and/or Windows Security Guard features may have been activated. See
viewtopic.php?f=25&t=99390 for the current options.
The Oracle's Devs have been working on improving emulation mode performance so, if you really need to use both Hyper-V and VirtualBox, please also watch for Changelog announcements for future VirtualBox updates. Version 6.1.36 (on release) may well offer some improvements.
