Printing via ethernet

Post by finco »

Hi All,

Can someone please point me in the right direction? I am running XP host and ubuntu guest and am looking to set up the printer I have connected via ethernet. The printer is at 192.168.1.4. This may be a linux question but I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance.

I think you need a HIF/Bridge. Have a Look in the User Manual, that is described step by step.

Default NAT should be enough to access the printer. If, by any chance, it doesn't work, switch to Host Interface Networking as described in the manual.
