kernel:NMI watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#3 stuck for 22s! [exe:2394]
at first startup excessive slowness.
echo 20 > /proc/sys/kernel/watchdog_thresh
It's better when you get 20 instead of 10

The log was taken while the VM window was still open, so some diagnostic info is missing. But Hyper-V is enabled on the host, which can cause slower-than-best performance. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).
Also consider reducing the processors in the VM to 2.
You could also try the test builds. 6.1.35 is reported to work better with Hyper-V enabled. Save the test build installer until you update again later.
