Hi all, I've installed Virtual box v6.1.34 for the first time on my windows 11 machine, have imported the Developer Day - Hands-on Database Application Development OVA
When attempting to run the VM I see a kernal panic - not syncing error (not allowed to upload images yet)
I've checked that virtualization is enabled in the BIOS.
I've tried with Hyper-V disabled.
I get the kernal panic error every time.
Please help!
Thanks,
W

Re: Kernel Panic running 6.1.34
Please try giving the VM 2 processors.
If this doesn't work, start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.
Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

It's a new situation, and we're not sure yet what's causing it. Glad you're up and running!
