Client requested us to mount an existing backup image they had from 2015 and the image is failing to boot due to the subject message. In searching for a solution, I ran across a couple of sites that address it by enabling EFI via the configuration setting for 'Special OS's'. Once I enabled that, it presented another boot failure which I can't seem to get around. I'm uploading an image of the failure msg in hopes that someone has seen it an been able to mitigate it.

FWIW, to the best of my knowledge, enabling EFI only works if the OS booted from EFI before.

The image only shows the standard EFI shell.
