Host Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 ( Home ) Edition.
Host architecture: 64-bit; x64-based.
Host memory: 6.00 GB ( 5.75 usable ).
Guest Operating Systems: OPenSuse-Leap 15.0 Linux virtual machine ( via VirtualBox Version 6.1.34 r150636 (Qt5.6.2)) and Debian 9 Linux virtual machine ( via VirtualBox Version 6.1.34 r150636 (Qt5.6.2)).
Guest architectures: OPenSuse 64-bit and Debian 64-bit.
Guest memory: 1024 MB ( for both virtual machines ).

My personal computer has worked fine with two VirtualBox Linux virtual machines, until around February of this year. Now, after starting the virtual machines, my host computer automatically shuts down. The elapsed time between virtual machine start-up and host computer automatic shutdown varies. I have recently downloaded a central processor unit ( C.P.U. ) application, which consistently shows that the cpu of my personal computer ( a Dell Inspiron 570 - purchased new in November of 2016 ), is consistently running hot ( around 100 degrees Celsius ). The maximum load temperature ( i.e., Tjmax ) of the cpu ( i.e., an AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 240 Processor ) is 64 degrees Celsius. There have been signs of hacking on my personal computer system ( changes to my homepage, for example ). So, there may be the possibility of a hacker remotely shutting down my personal computer ( i.e., using the "shutdown /i /m \\computer" command via the Windows command prompt ). I would also add that in February of this year, I sent an e-mail message to "president@whitehouse.gov." If there is no hacker, then how do I solve the automatic shutdown problem associated with the two above-mentioned virtual machines?

VMs stress a host. In your case you have three OS's running on your host.

Way too hot. Your PC needs more cooling or a good cleanup and dust removal. Or...

Once the bad guys get access to your computer, it's no longer your computer. If they were able to hack your webpage, they may have been able to install botnet software or bitcoin miners. Such is likely to load and heat up your PC more, also.

They'd be more likely to keep it running, to make money for them.

Bad move. You're screwed. (Not really, jk)

Virtualbox doesn't make computers overheat. So you'll have to fix the overheat issue.

And the possibility of intruders gaining access leads to the following concept:
You should nuke it from orbit. That's the only way to be sure.

scottgus1, I was not pleased with the joke, but I very much appreciate all of your other information. One question, what is the answer to the final "Or" you mentioned in reference to my personal computer overheating?
