Recently I've had a ton of issues launching my Ubuntu VM, I can't get past the Grub selection page without it crashing on me or hanging. The Guru error is new, and I have no idea what is causing it.
So far I checked the settings in BIOS, reinstalled VBox, and Tried a copy of my VM drive, all to no avail.

00:00:04.107541 NEM: WHvCapabilityCodeHypervisorPresent is TRUE, so this might work...
